Back in the day of 2009 (wow 15 years ago) we had the requirements for a pack labelling project to apply a label to the front of individual packs of pet food. This is where we were first introduced to Logopak to see what solutions could be offered.

Logopak just don't sell automated labellers, they sell the whole customer experience. From the point of the sales meetings to identify the solution requirements, to the whole journey from design, working methodologies, software integration, label requirements and design. Installation times are critically important to us as we need to keep the site running as well as work with additional suppliers. Logopak are flexible and accommodating, this is the service we require and they provide.

Communication is key for our business to keep moving forward and being able to provide the best product and give the best customer experience to our loyal customers. Encirc glass have been using Logopak label printers for over 20 years. The reliability and quality of the initial printers purchased in our Derrylin plant made the decision easy when it came to the preferred supplier for our Elton plant. Logopak pallet labellers and tabletop labeller were purchased for all production lines in Elton. Machine reliability and the quality of print ensure smooth running 24 hours a day 7 days a week 365 days a year.  After sales and repairs are excellent and their response times are excellent.

We've been working with Logopak for 10 years now. They supply all our automated labelling systems, and let me tell you, they're a great company with a super friendly team.
