Winner: Logopak International

Reducing downtime and achieving great levels of service is the goal of all factory engineers and helped Logopak to triumph in the Customer Service category. The judges declared the company’s approach to preventative maintenance ‘a breath of fresh air’, recommending that more OEM’s try to emulate Logopak’s high standards!
